Show the QR code on your phone at a meeting or send the join link. The person sees which photographer network they are invited to and registers with their own contact details. An existing vendor account can join directly. The connection then appears in your network.
Joining the network does not release any images yet. Only you assign the vendor to a gallery and create the actual release.
