Downloads, Favourites, Display and Watermark
For each gallery you decide whether guests get nothing, single photos, or the whole gallery as a ZIP file. “Display” controls logo, subtitle, set headings, favourites and the guest help; the watermark is set per gallery.

“No download” keeps the gallery for viewing. “Single photos” releases individual files. “Single photos + ZIP” additionally offers the whole gallery as one file.
A new gallery starts at “No download”.
Favourites #
Ab Tarif Basic Tarife ansehenWith the heart buttons guests mark single photos and then download their selection as a ZIP of its own.
- Set the download to “Single photos + ZIP”.
- Switch on the favourites feature under “Display”.
Without the ZIP download the switch stays locked: favourites come back as a ZIP file.

Five switches shape the guest view: your logo above the gallery title, the subtitle below it, the favourites feature, the set headings that separate several sets, and a short piece of help on the first visit.
Next to them sits the info text. It appears on the first visit as a full-page overlay and can be called up later through the info icon, for the question of what may be done with the images for instance. A text you have written can be saved as a template.
Watermark for this gallery #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenThe default is your account watermark from “Profile & settings”. For a single gallery you can switch it off or use a different logo. “Adjust watermark” lets you drag it into place and set its size.
In a delivery gallery the watermark sits on the downloaded files only, never on the view. In proofing mode it can deliberately sit on the previews.
