Letting the couple look

“Approval link” in the book starts the round. It creates a link you send to the couple. Whoever has it sees the book; nobody needs an account for it.

You can switch the link off at any time. Then even someone who noted it down stops seeing the book. The notes stay: they belong to the book, not to the link.

The couple pages through the spreads and writes what they notice under each one. A note belongs to the spread, not to a photo, so it stays right even when you rearrange things afterwards.

In the book you see every note sorted by spread and can answer straight away. Your answer appears in the same place for the couple.

As soon as the couple writes something, the book stands at “Changes wanted”. Without that state you would be guessing from the number of notes whether it is your turn.

At the end of the page there is the approve button. The couple types their name; it then stands in the book with the date.

After approval the page takes no more notes. Only you can withdraw it: a couple who clicks by accident calls you, while a book changed “just quickly” after approval is the more common story.
