Add a Vendor to Your Network
Under “Vendors” you find people who are already on aftersnap and send them a request; everyone else you invite by email. A connection in the network gives no access to images, the share comes later in the gallery.

What the network is for #

Search for someone or invite them #

- Click “+ Add” and search by name or company. Matches appear from three characters on; by email address you only find someone if you type the full address.
- If there is a match, click “Add” next to it. The person gets a request by email.
- Without a match, click “Invite them here.”
- Enter the email address, plus name, company and up to two categories if you like, then click “Invite”.
- aftersnap sends the person the invitation by email, through your own mail sending if you have set it up.
The invitation link also appears at the top of the page. It is there to pass on in case the email does not arrive. The invitation is valid for 30 days; after that the person can request a new one with one click from the old link. The category decides later which motifs the AI pre-selection suggests; without one there is no pre-selection by motif.
Under “My Network” the person shows as “invited” or “Requested” until they activate their account or confirm your request. After that it reads “active”, and you get an email.
What happens on the other side #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenThe person opens the link from the email, sees the address you entered, checks the “Name / Company” field, sets a password, agrees to the terms of use and the privacy policy and clicks “Activate access”. They are then signed in, and the connection in your network turns “active”. The link counts as confirmation of their address.
If they already have a vendor account, they sign in instead. The invitation is attached to the existing account; nobody needs a second one.
Requests, declines and disconnecting #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenAnyone who already has a vendor account gets a request from you. The connection only stands once they confirm it, and only then do the shares you give them take effect. If they decline, you are not told: on your side it keeps reading “Requested”.
A vendor can remove a confirmed connection again in their portal. Every share you have given them lapses with it.
If a person shows as “blocked”, aftersnap has blocked their account. Your shares remain but have no effect while the block lasts.
