Fetch the Proofing Selection in Lightroom
Through “Library > Plug-in Extras > aftersnap: Fetch client selection” the plugin puts the selected images into a collection called “aftersnap selection · gallery title”. Matching runs through the publishing, so images uploaded in the browser are unknown to Lightroom.

Before you start
- The gallery was published from Lightroom.
- Your clients have made their selection.
Fetch the selection into a collection #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehen- In Lightroom Classic, choose “Library > Plug-in Extras > aftersnap: Fetch client selection”.
- Choose the gallery.
- Confirm. The plugin creates the collection “aftersnap selection · gallery title” and makes it the active source.
A collection of the same name is emptied first, so nothing from an earlier state mixes in after a selection was reopened.
What the closing message tells you #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenThe message says how many of the selected images were found. It points out when the selection has not been finalised yet, and it names the number of extra photos that only belong to the delivery once you release them in aftersnap.
If it does not work
- Some files are missing from the collection.
- The plugin matches through the publishing. Images that reached the gallery through the browser are unknown to Lightroom; the message names them, and you find them with “Copy file names” and the library filter.
