Publish a Gallery from Lightroom
A collection set under the “aftersnap” publish service becomes a gallery, and the collections inside it become its sets. Lightroom renders the images as it publishes, so exporting to a folder is gone, and a changed edit is simply published again.

Create and fill the gallery #

- Create a new collection set under the “aftersnap” publish service and give it the gallery title.
- Create one published collection inside it for every set.
- Drag the finished photos into the matching collections.
- Click “Publish”.
Open the gallery in the browser. Cover photo, download, password and the client link are set there, and that is where you publish the gallery.
Keep changes in sync #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenWhen you change the edit of a photo that has already been published, Lightroom marks it for publishing again.
- Open the published collection in question.
- Go through the sections for new, modified and deleted photos.
- Click “Publish” again.
Bring existing galleries into Lightroom #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenGalleries you created in the browser can be taken over by the plugin as published collections.
- Switch on “Show existing galleries in Lightroom” under “Lightroom plugin” in the dashboard.
- In Lightroom, choose “Library > Plug-in Extras > aftersnap: Sync galleries”.
What comes across is the structure: galleries become collection sets, sets become collections. Photos that were uploaded through the browser cannot be assigned as published in hindsight.
