Find and Organise Galleries in the Dashboard
The dashboard shows your galleries as cards with cover photo, photo count and views, and the storage you use above them. Search, filters and tags of your own find the right gallery even among many.

What a card tells you #
Every gallery sits on a card with its cover photo, photo count and views. Above them a bar shows how much storage your plan still has free.
The menu with your name at the top right leads to profile and settings, plan management, your billing details and the rest of the account functions.
Search, filter, sort #
Dashboard Filter
The search field finds galleries by name. Next to it you filter by delivery or proofing, by drafts, and by whether a gallery sits on your profile page.
You can sort by date, name or number of photos. “Clear filters” brings the whole list back.
Tags of your own #
- Create a tag under “Tags”, “2026” or “Elopement” for instance.
- Assign it to a gallery from its card.
- Filter by it in the filter bar.
Tags are visible to you alone. Your guests see nothing of them.
Straight from the card #
The card carries what you need most often: the stats of a gallery, showing or hiding it on your profile page, and the way into the bin.
