Create, Sort and Hide Sets
Sets divide a gallery into parts such as “Ceremony” or “Party”. You create as many as you like, drag them into the order you want, hide single ones from guests or delete them along with their photos.

Create and rename a set #
Open gallery Sets
Photos always belong to a set. That is why creating a gallery creates the first one along with it.
- Click “Add set”.
- Enter the set name, “Registry office” for example.
- Click “Create set”.
To rename it later, simply click the name.
Order and overview #
Drag sets by the move icon into the order you want. That is the order your guests will see.
With many sets, “Collapse all” and “Expand all” help; single sets open and close with the triangle.
Hide a set #
The eye icon switches a set between “Visible” and “Hidden”.
A hidden set does not appear for guests, not in downloads and not in face recognition. It stays in place though, so you can still release its photos to vendors.
Delete a set #
- Open the set through “Edit set”.
- Choose “Delete set and all photos in it” and confirm.
The photos go with it. aftersnap names the number of images in the confirmation; the storage they used becomes free again afterwards.
