Under “Vendors > Usage terms” you define what may and may not be done with your photos, plus credit obligation, watermark and a free text. These global rules can be overridden per person and per share; without consent there is no download.

- Tick what is allowed under “The vendor may”.
- Tick separately under “The vendor may not” what is ruled out.
- Switch on the credit obligation if you want one and enter the credit text, your Instagram handle for instance.
- Decide whether downloads carry a watermark.
- Add any particular arrangements as free text and save.
A watermark on vendor downloads needs a watermark or logo stored in your profile.
Adjust the rules for one person #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehen- Open the vendor in your network with “Edit”.
- Choose “Custom terms for this vendor”.
- Adjust rights, credit, watermark and extra text, then save.
Notes are visible to you alone and are not part of the terms a vendor agrees to.
After a change of substance #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenIf photos you have already released are to be used under new rules, tick “Ask for consent again” on the share. Downloads pause until the vendor has accepted the new version.
For a corrected typo, leave the box unticked. The existing record keeps the wording that was accepted at the time.
