Let Vendors Join by QR Code
Under “Self-registration” there is a permanent joining link for your network, along with a QR code and a portrait graphic carrying your name. Whoever scans the code creates their account and lands in your network, without seeing any photos yet.

Passing on the link and the graphic #

The QR code leads to the same link. On site you show it on your phone; in a message you copy the link with “Copy”.
The portrait graphic carries your name and, if you have one stored, your logo. For print you download the QR code separately as an SVG file.
If you need the joining view at events more often, put it on your home screen as a web app. It shows your QR code without a connection; the registration itself needs one on the other persons device.
What happens on the vendors side #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenThe page says which network the registration is for, so the person can see whether they opened the right link.
- They enter name, email address and the language for the portal and for emails.
- Company, up to two industries, Instagram and website can be added.
- They set a password and click “Create account”.
If the person already has an account, the link asks whether they want to join your network instead. If they are not signed in, they sign in first and open the link again.
What is still left to do #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenJoining only creates the connection. It publishes no gallery and releases no photos.
- Open the gallery of the shared job.
- Add the vendor there under “Vendors”.
- Select the photos and save the share.
Only then does the gallery appear in the vendor portal. Before the first download the vendor confirms the usage terms of that share.
