Release Photos to a Vendor
In the gallery you add the vendor and open the share; AI tagging and face recognition suggest images, and you decide. A share carries an expiry date, the download permission and the usage terms that apply.

Attach the vendor to the gallery #

- Click “Add” and search for the person in your network.
- Select them and confirm with “Add”.
If the person is not in your network yet, you can invite them from this dialogue.
Choose the images #

AI tagging searches by industry, cake or floral decoration for instance. It also finds detail shots without the person and, depending on the industry, returns far too much. Face recognition finds the stored person more precisely and misses detail shots without them.
- Go through the suggested images and remove what does not fit.
- Add further photos by hand.
- Set the date under “Available until” in the share options.
- Decide on “Allow download”.
- Check the usage terms shown and deviate from them only if this one share needs it.
- Click “Save share”.
If a share already exists, saving updates its selection and its rules. “Resend share email” repeats the notification.
Reference photo for face recognition #
Ab Tarif Studio Tarife ansehenIt is best when vendors add their reference photos themselves in the portal. You can do it as well, as long as you have their consent.
- Open the vendor settings and switch face recognition on.
- Confirm that you have the consent.
- Upload a photo with exactly one clearly visible face.
- Wait until the status reads “ready”.
Only the biometric template is stored; the uploaded photo is deleted after processing. Consent to face recognition is a different matter from agreeing to the usage terms.
