Changing your name, address, email and password
Under “Profile & Settings” you change your name, your subdomain, your email address and your password. A new email address has to be confirmed, and a changed subdomain breaks old gallery links.

Name and subdomain #

- Change the “Name” field. This name appears in your emails and on your profile page.
- Change “Your Subdomain” if you need to. Lower-case letters, digits and hyphens are allowed.
- Click “Save”.
The subdomain is part of every gallery address. Change it and every link you have already sent leads nowhere. Send them again afterwards, or connect your own domain instead.
Changing your email address #

- Enter the new address in the “Email” field.
- Click “Save”.
- Open the confirmation email at the new address and click the link in it.
Until you confirm, the page says your address is not confirmed yet. “Resend confirmation email” asks for the message again.
- The confirmation email does not arrive.
- Look in the spam folder and check the address for typos. After that, “Resend confirmation email” helps.
Changing your password #

- Enter your current password.
- Enter the new password twice.
- Click “Save”.
Your account password has nothing to do with the gallery password your guests type in. The two sit in different places and are set separately.
