Changing plan, switching billing and cancelling
An upgrade takes effect at once and costs only the difference for the rest of the period. A move down and a cancellation take effect at the end of the term, and the period you paid for runs out normally.

The two directions #
Going up happens at once. For the remaining days of the current period you pay the difference, not the full price; from the next cycle the new plan applies in full.
Going down and cancelling do nothing sudden at the end of the term. The period you paid for runs out normally, and you keep your current plan until the last day.
Moving to a higher plan #

- Click the upgrade button on the plan you want.
- Read what is due today in the “Review Upgrade” window.
- Click “Confirm and Upgrade”.
The window names the amount due today before you agree. There is no upgrade without this step.
On the plan page the new plan then carries the badge for your current plan.
Switching between monthly and yearly billing #

- Click “Switch to yearly billing” or “Switch to monthly billing”.
- Confirm in the window.
The switch to yearly billing is active at once. The way back to monthly is scheduled and takes effect at the end of the year you paid for.
Cancelling your subscription #

- Click “Cancel Subscription”.
- Confirm in the “Cancel your subscription?” window.
Next to your plan it then says that it cancels at the end of the billing period, with the date. Until then everything stays as it is.
A cancellation ends the subscription, not your account. Galleries, photos and settings stay. Anyone who wants the account itself gone will find the way under “Exporting your data and deleting your account”.
- The upgrade button does not react.
- Without complete billing details the price is not settled. Enter them under “Billing Details” and come back.
- You want to undo the cancellation.
- As long as the end of the term has not been reached, you lift it again on the plan page. After that it is a new booking.
