Setting up your public profile page
Under “Profile Page” you make your public page visible and fill it with a profile photo, a logo, a bio and your links. It lives at your own address and works independently of your gallery links.

- The public profile page is part of your plan.
What the page is for #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenThe profile page is your one place to point people to: a photo of you, a few sentences about your work, your links and, below that, the galleries you want to show. Anyone holding a gallery link has no need for it. It is for everybody else.
While visibility is off, nobody sees the page but you. Your galleries are untouched by this: a gallery link still leads to the photos when the profile page is invisible.
Making the page visible #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenProfile Page Visibility
- Turn on “Profile page publicly visible”.
- Read the address shown below it after “URL”.
This switch saves right away. There is no Save button at this spot.
Open the address shown in a private browser window. The page has to appear there without a login.
Uploading a profile photo and a logo #

- Under “Profile Photo” click “Upload Photo” and pick a file. JPG, PNG or WebP up to 3 MB are allowed.
- Under “Logo” click “Upload Logo”. The limit there is 2 MB.
The profile photo and the logo are two different things. The profile photo shows you; the logo appears in the top left of the gallery view. Both save right after the upload, which you can tell from the “Saved” checkmark.
A PNG with a transparent background works best for the logo. Look at the result in the gallery preview before you leave it as it is.
Writing your bio #

- Write a few sentences about yourself and your work.
- Click “Save”.
No links belong in this text. Addresses in running text stay unlinked; the fields under “Links” are there for that.
Linking your website, social media and reviews #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenProfile Page Links
- Enter your address under “Website”, for example www.myphotosite.com.
- Add your profiles under “Social Media” with “Add Platform”. Up to ten entries are possible.
- Click “Save”.
Under “Google Reviews” you connect your Google Business Profile. Your review link comes from it, and you can drop that link into the gallery link email as a placeholder. The business profile does not need a published address for this.
How your logo appears on the gallery cover photo #
Ab Tarif Pro Tarife ansehenProfile Page Appearance in the Gallery Cover Photo
“Make it White” keeps the logo visible on every cover photo and gives up all detail for it. A detailed graphic turns into a white shape. This setting suits single-colour logos on a transparent background.
“Original” keeps colours, detail and transparency and puts a soft shadow underneath, so the logo stays readable on bright images too.
Open a gallery that has a cover photo through the gallery preview and look at the logo in the top left.
- The profile page cannot be reached at the address.
- Check whether the switch under “Visibility” is really on. A browser you are logged into shows the page even while it is off, so test in a private window.
- The “Profile Page” menu entry is missing.
- The public profile page is not part of your plan. Under “Plan” you can see which plan includes it.
- The logo turns into a white shape on the cover photo.
- Switch “Appearance in the Gallery Cover Photo” to “Original”. “Make it White” is meant for single-colour logos.
