Exporting your data and deleting your account
The data export gives you everything stored for your account as a JSON file; the image files are not in it. Deleting an account is scheduled and can be undone for 14 days.

Exporting your data #

- Click “Download export”.
The file holds your master data, invoices, galleries and consents. The image files are not in it; every gallery is listed with its link, and you can download the photos from there.
Checking first whether it really has to be the account #
Anyone who only wants the running costs to stop cancels the subscription on the plan page. The account, the galleries and the photos all stay.
Deletion is the other case: it takes galleries, photos, your profile and your login with it.
Scheduling your account for deletion #

- Click “Delete Account”.
- Enter your password to confirm.
- Confirm in the window.
A running subscription ends immediately with the deletion request, and the remaining term is not refunded. After 14 days the galleries, photos, profile and login are gone for good.
At the top of the page it then says “Deletion scheduled” with the date on which it happens.
Undoing the deletion #

- Click “Undo deletion” in the “Deletion scheduled” block.
Everything stays reachable until the date named, and undoing it restores your account in full. The subscription that ended with the deletion request does not come back on its own; you can book again at any time.
- The deadline has passed and you want your account back.
- After the deletion day the data is gone, for us as well. A new account starts from zero.
