Extra Photos, Comments and Recommendations
When your clients pick more than the quota, those images go onto a list of extra photos that you release after payment. Comments run as a thread on the image, and the red bookmark marks the photos you recommend yourself.

Release extra photos #

Extra photos are marked, not bought. Price and payment are settled outside aftersnap.
- Open the “Extra photos” filter and go through what has been marked.
- Click “Release” on the single image, or use “Release all”.
Releasing makes an extra photo part of the delivery. The action appears in the history with its time and file name.
Answer comments #
Ab Tarif Studio Tarife ansehenYour clients can start a thread on any image, for a retouching request for instance. New messages appear on both sides without reloading; when several pile up, you get a summary by email.
- Open the “Comments” filter in the proofing status. Images with an open message carry a red circle.
- Reply right on the image.
- Tick off a request you have carried out with “Mark as done”, or use “Mark all as done” when there are many.
If your clients write again afterwards, the thread counts as open once more. The older messages stay on the image.
Mark your own recommendations #

Your clients see the mark on the image. As soon as a set holds at least one recommendation, a “Recommendation” filter appears there.
